BD Executives are responsible for bringing in new business for the agency by pitching a digital marketing plan to them, They can do it by whatever means they fit ,such as Going on meeting on leads given by Lead generation team, cold calling, references etc. When you excel in your field, you can become a Business Development Manager Or Even Business Development Head. Keeping a tab on the market and new client that can be acquired.
Generating leads through Market research and Relationship Building.
Going On Client meeting and convince them in buying our products and services.
Pitching to clients through Calling Or references.
Convincing potential clients about the services.
Managing clients as accounts and maintaining healthy business relationships with them.
Payment collection Management.
Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client.
Brainstorming on various ideas being considered to grow the company even bigger.
Drafting process related to Training new employees, goal/target definition and achievement plans etc.
Salary: 1.5L – 3.0L P.A + Incentives
